* The tour booking cannot be cancelled 24 hours before the trip starts, and the tour company will charge full payment.

Booking conditions,
1. Cancellations will be accepted when made at least 24 hours before the reserved activity time.

2. In the case of unintentional cancellation (such as an accident or illness), relevant documents (such as a medical certificate) must be presented to request a refund. No refund will be given if notified in less than 24 hours.

3. If you do not arrive at the pick-up and drop-off point or do not notify in advance. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

4. Changing the playing date or time There will be a fee of 300 baht per person and you must be notified at least 6 hours before the reserved time.

5. If you purchased your ticket through an agent or distributor. Cancellation policies may vary and are subject to agent conditions.
