Plai Leam Temple, also known as Wat Plai Laem, is a Buddhist temple located on the northeastern coast of Koh Samui island in Thailand. It is one of the most visually striking temples on the island and is a popular tourist attraction.
The temple is known for its large statue of Guanyin, the goddess of compassion and mercy, which stands in the middle of a lake. The statue is surrounded by smaller statues of Buddhist deities, as well as a bridge leading to the temple’s main hall.
This itinerary will give you a taste of Samui’s culture, nature, and beach life. Remember to wear comfortable shoes and bring sunscreen, water, and insect repellent as the island can be hot and humid. Enjoy your trip to Samui City!
• 09.00 Am. Start to visit the Big Buddha; The famous landmark on Koh Samui. Placed on a small Island you drive across a short jetty to the imposing Golden Buddha, the Buddha is 12 meters high and placed at the top of 73 steps. Here at the top, you can see how the Buddhist Monks live and pray.
* Visit Wat Leam Suwannaram was over 100 years old and the Chinese lady Monk “God of Mercy” The large Buddha at the middle pound.
* Chaweng Lad Koh viewpoint, Take a view over the longest beach “Chaweng Noi and Chaweng Beach” around 3+7 km long. of white sand beach.
* Grandfather and Grandmother Rocks, a famous tourist site in Koh Samui known as Hin Ta and Hin Yai, away from Lamai Beach. * Visit “Guan Yu Shine”
