Booking Trips

    You acknowledge that Tour online SYS pre-negotiates tour rates with suppliers (Tour companies) to be able to facilitate bookings on your behalf. Rates displayed on the Website are a combination of the pre-negotiated trip rate and the fee established for service compensation. You authorise Tour online SYS and Tours companies’ partners to book your tours for the total booking price, which includes the tour rate as displayed on the Website, plus service fees and tax recovery charges, and additional taxes/fees where applicable. You agree that your credit card will be charged by Tour online SYS through secure payment channels for the total booking price. On submitting your booking request, you authorise Tour online SYS to facilitate tour bookings on your behalf, including making payment arrangements with the tour company’s suppliers. Any service fee is retained to cover operational and customer service costs, with the remaining balance being compensation for travel service administration. Please see our terms and conditions for tour bookings so that you are clear on cancellation and schedule-changing policies. Liability Limitation

     Information, services, and software published on this site may contain inaccuracies or errors. Tour online SYS and Tour companies’ partners do not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaim liability for errors or unintended inaccuracies relating to travel and/or tour information displayed on this Website. In addition, Tour online SYS expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors as discovered on this Website and/or pending reservations made at an incorrect or errant price. In such an event, the Company will offer to you the opportunity to keep your pending booking at the corrected price, or we will accept without question your cancelled booking without penalty.

   One-day tours, daily trips, speed boats, express boats, vehicles, transfers, or tour suppliers that this Website displays are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Tour online SYS or its operational partners. Tour online SYS or the Tour company’s partners are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any supplier, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or any other damage or expense arising from the operational or service behaviour of suppliers. Tour online SYS and the Tour company’s partners will not refund customers in the event of supplier delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, or any cause that is beyond the Tour Company’s direct control. Tour online SYS and Tours companies partners accept no responsibility for any additional expense incurred by our customers because of supplier delays, re-routings, mistakes, or forced action by Government authorities.

   If despite the limitation above, Tour online SYS and Tour company’s partners or their respective suppliers are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then the liability of Tour online SYS and Tour company’s partners and/or their respective suppliers will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you have paid to Tour online SYS in connection with your Website transaction(s), or One-thousand five hundred Baht (THB 1500.00) or the local currency

Equivalent, Indemnification

    You agree to defend and indemnify Tour online SYS and Tour companies partners, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

•    Your breach of this Agreement or the documents referenced herein;
•    Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
•    Your use of this Website.
