📌 Booking Overview
When you book with Tour Online SYS, your booking is:
- ✅ Electronic (no paper needed)
- ✅ Confirmed with a Booking Number
- ✅ Valid only for the selected date & time
Included in your tour:
- Hotel pick-up & drop-off (*Hotel pick-up and drop-off depend on the type and details of the tour package you choose.)

✅ Booking Confirmation
Your booking process is simple:
- Submit booking → Receive pending email
- Receive Booking Number / Itinerary. You will find the booking details in your dashboard
Payment options:
When you have completed the booking process >>> next
- Security payment via Stripe / PayPal or Thai cross-border QR. You can check the list of ASEAN countries that have collaborated with the Bank of Thailand and their central banks to facilitate payments via Cross Border Thai QR.
- Pay 30% deposit, or
- Pay the full amount, which means the booking is complete, or
- Select Pay later (if 2 days before the tour date. To complete this process, please log in to your dashboard and click the link from your mailbox.)

Full payment is required before departure. Alternatively, a 30% deposit is accepted for bookings made more than two days in advance, with the remaining 70% due one day before departure.

If payment for your booking is incomplete, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. Please contact us at least one day before your travel date to arrange this.

⚠️ Cancellations & Changes
We always prioritise your safety.
Tours may be changed or cancelled due to:
- Bad weather 🌧️
- Sea conditions 🌊
- Safety concerns
❗ In these cases:
- You can reschedule OR
- Get a refund (if not rescheduled)
💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep it fair and transparent:
Change / Reschedule
- At least/ more than 48 hours before the tour is free of charge
- or 48 -16 hours, it depends on the tour company’s policy.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 48 hrs → No fee
- Within 24 – 48 hrs → 30% or minimum 300 THB
- late than 24 hrs → 100% charge
- No-show → 100% charge
Weather Cancellation (by company):
- ✅ Full refund OR free reschedule
- ⚠️ Payment fees (via PayPal or Strips, approx. 4%) are applied
👨👩👧 Children Policy
- Children under 15 years old must travel with an adult
⚕️ Health & Safety Notice
This tour may not be suitable for:
- Pregnant travellers (Bookings are non-refundable, please check)
- Guests with heart/back problems
- Infants under 2 years old
👉 All tours include basic accident insurance by the tour operator
💳 Payments & Fees
- Currency: Thai Baht (THB)
- Prices may change without notice
- Some tours may have:

For bookings made less than 24 hours or 1 day before the tour date, tour availability is usually updated immediately as soon as the tour company notifies you of any changes. However, delays may occur. If you are unsure, please contact us before making payment to minimise potential errors.
