Tour online SYS >>> Booking order – Daily Tour

   Tour Online SYS made a Booking order (Daily Tours). Base prices include. Pick-up and Drop-off at your Hotel and accommodation, located Ref the form you had made on a booking form.  Tour Online SYS-made booking orders are electronic and have a value in the reservation number, not a piece of paper. Tour Booking order is valid for the dates and times indicated in the Tour Booking order only. Please check well for Date, Pick-up time, Tour details, what is included, what is excluded, and what to bring on a trip.  See more details, especially in their individual procurement for different trips. Booking Confirmations:

  Please recheck after booking; you will be issued with a pending booking note and corresponding email. The booking of a daily tour is then confirmed once we have issued you a booking number and/or the Itinerary. Tour price must be paid a deposit 30 %, full payment or pay later (2 days before the trip starts) when a booking is made. If the fare has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the daily tour booking and to instruct the tour company to disallow you from taking a trip. If the customer has not received their confirmation Tour Booking order within 24 hours after receiving their payment confirmation, please immediately contact us so we can reissue your Tour Booking order. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours before the departure time, Tour Online SYS cannot be held responsible if the customer does not receive their Tour Booking order on time.

Cancellations & Delays:

  Tour online SYS reserves the right to vary the service in any way whatsoever without any liability to the customer. They also reserve the right to cancel a booking or change the schedule at any time prior to poor weather conditions or any circumstances beyond their control for any safety reasons. Cancellations are made for the safety and comfort of travelling customers. Tour Online SYS is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury which may arise in the event of cancellation or delay of the service. Tour online SYS and Tour companies are not liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for an alternative means of travel which may arise through cancellations or delays. Additional expenses arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passenger.

Refunds & Rescheduling:

     Cancellations are a difficult affair for both us and prospective customers. We, therefore, try to approach it with a “common sense” attitude. You must be aware that there is a financial implication to cancelling a trip at the last minute, as all of our set costs are the same. We also pre-book many of the activities undertaken on the day of your trip, all of which are nonrefundable and fully charged.

    If you cancel due to sickness and we are unable to place you on another trip, you can go to the doctor and obtain a medical certificate. We can cooperate with the Tour company you had booked a trip with and then issue you with a receipt for the money paid to the Tour Company, all of which you may be able to claim back from the majority of holiday insurance providers. In the case of sickness, we will try to move you to an alternative date, but under the cancellation policy.

    If the Tour Company decides to cancel due to bad weather, we will do so, taking into consideration the group’s safety and that of the vessel, vehicle, as well as predicted weather forecasts and satellite images. If we cancel due to bad weather, then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken or full payment, the money will be refunded if we can’t change the date. Both sides will move the date of starting the trip or make an agreement to refund the full payment, but let you know by payment method, they will cut off the Stripe fee of 4% and any fee later you have to accept to refund under my financial policy rule.

    An indirect way to cancel a tour booking and get refunds will only be issued at our discretion.
    Change of date or change to another tour needs 48 hours before the trip starts. Daily tour invoice vouchers and running tour date amendments will be subject to an administration fee of 300 baht plus the difference in the tour price.
    If cancellation is made within 48 hours cancellation notice of 30% or a minimum 300 baht service fee, whichever is greater.
    If cancellation is made within 24 hours before the tour starts, 100% of the total cost will be charged. No Show 100% Charge.
All above are confirmed by time (GMT + 07.00 Bangkok time) only.

  Rescheduling is based on tour seat availability and should be made 48 hours or more before the guest’s departure, especially in high-season periods. In the event of a trip cancellation from the company, the Tour online SYS shall refund any funds paid by the customer directly to your account by the payment method. On the other hand, if you pay by PayPal, they will cut off the Stripe fee by 4 % due to the policy. Please take note of the following cancellation policy before booking via https://touronlinesys.com. Chargeback/Dispute cases:

    By using Tour online SYS service Via  https;//touronlinesys.com  website and services/the customer agrees to contact customer service via cs@touronlinesys.com  to resolve any problems they might have before opening a dispute with the transaction payment. If the customer fails to do so, you agree to pay a THB2500 fine for operational costs of chargeback processing. Via https;//touronlinesys.com  to Tour online SYS or private Acc., we will do everything possible to help customers solve problems that might happen during the booking process or until customers travel smoothly. Unaccompanied Children:

     Children below the age of 15 will not be accepted onto daily tours unless they are accompanied by a person travelling with the parent.

Physical Notice:

    We recommend caution for any customer who is pregnant or has any heart or back problems or other physical impediments. We also recommend a high degree of caution for parents travelling with infants (under 3 years old). Each company will provide its own passenger accident insurance to cover any accident control from the Thailand Tourism Authority to cover personal injury. Tour Online SYS was not responsible for and had to exempt from all liabilities in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or any inconvenience to any person or his/her for any personal property, whether in respect of the voyage to and from the Island, under any circumstances whatsoever… In case of an accident on a daily trip, the Tour Company will take care of their duty.

Payment:

    Prices and charges are payable in the currency THB with our published rates unless otherwise specifically stated by us. All prices, trip schedules published, and services are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Prices may exclude administration fees, service charges, and other charges unless otherwise specifically stated by us

Service Fees & Taxes:

    You may be subject to government tax and an agency administration service fee in respect of your use of any of our services or facilities will be in addition to the stated tour price, unless otherwise specifically stated by us. Taxes and service fees may change from time to time.

Group Bookings:

We offer a special price for a group of? persons, 10 persons will show a discount on our booking system. If your group is more than 11 people, please contact us via cs@touronlinesys.com

    These are governed by specific terms that vary from time to time. Please contact our online customer service agents for further details.

Personal Information:

    You hereby acknowledge and agree that your personal information has been given to us for the purposes of making tour bookings and providing you with confirmation of that booking, accounting, billing, checking credit card payments, statistical analysis, and helping us in any future dealings with you. By entering into a contract of tour service with us, you authorise us to retain and use your personal data specifically for the purposes above

Language:

    The language of these Terms & Conditions is Thai, and even though there may be translations of these Terms & Conditions in other languages, Thai should be the sole language used in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

General

If any part of these Terms of Service is for any reason found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other parts nevertheless remain valid, legal, and enforceable. Instead of the unenforceable provision, the parties agree that the court should attempt to effect as

These Terms of Service set forth the entire understanding and complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Tour Online SYS and you with respect to the Subject matter, and they supersede any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties in relation to the subject matter of these

Terms of Service.

    These Terms of Service and the relationship between us shall be governed by Thai law. For complaints that cannot be resolved otherwise, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the provision of the Service.
